Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis is the Chief Rabbi of the United Kingdom. He was installed as 11th Chief Rabbi of the Commonwealth on 1st September 2013 and holds many positions of leadership, including Associate President of the Conference of European Rabbis and President of the London School of Jewish Studies.

Chief Rabbi Mirvis has held educational and community positions in Israel, Ireland and the UK, including as the Chief Rabbi of Ireland from 1984 to 1992 and as Senior Rabbi at Finchley United Synagogue in 1996, a position which he held until becoming Chief Rabbi in 2013.
