FAQ

  • My file won’t upload / I receive an error message when I try to upload.

    Please check that your file is the right format/size – refer to the Search Statement for information regarding the maximum file size and accepted formats. Please also note the maximum number of permitted files per field.

  • I have not received a confirmation email.

    You should receive an email confirming receipt of your entry within two hours. If this is not received, please check your spam folder. If you have still not received a confirmation email, please contact us stating your practice name, the email address used to submit your entry, and your reference number. Please note that design teams are responsible for ensuring their submission has been successfully received.

  • I have not received a reference number.

    When your upload is complete, the form will display a completion screen which will include a unique reference number. If this reference number is not displayed, your upload has not been successful. Should this occur, please shut down your browser completely, and in a new browser window, upload your submission again. It may help to submit using a different browser. If the error reoccurs, please contact us for further advice.

  • The upload progress bar appears to be frozen.

    Please allow adequate time for your submission to upload. If your internet connection drops out during the upload, it is possible your upload has not been completed.

    Please note that the progress bar may sometimes display 0% for several minutes before the upload is complete, and this should not be a cause for concern. If you receive a reference number, your upload has been successful.

    If after 10 minutes, no progress has been displayed, please exit your browser, open a new window and upload your submission again. If the error reoccurs, please contact us for further advice.

  • I have submitted the wrong file / information.

    We cannot accept replacement documents after the submission deadline. If you have submitted the wrong document, please contact us before the submission deadline. After the deadline, the client is under no obligation to receive further entries or edited information.

  • I need to update my contact information.

    Please contact us stating your original and revised contact information. Please note, all correspondence will be issued to the contact nominated on the submission form, so please ensure you enter the most appropriate details.

  • I received an error message telling me I have already submitted using my email address.

    Design teams should be aware that multiple entries per firm are not permitted. If you believe you are seeing this message in error, please contact us.

  • The form is not displaying properly in my browser.

    This website supports current and recent major releases of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari for desktop computers.

    Please ensure you have Javascript enabled.
