In these terms:

‘MRC’ means Malcolm Reading Consultants
​‘the Client Organizations’ means the Dallas Museum of Art, 1717 North Harwood, Dallas, Texas 75201

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of the data you submit on this form which comprises your entry to the Reimagining the Dallas Museum of Art International Design Competition. These are supplementary to, and should be read in conjunction with, MRC’s general terms and conditions and privacy policy which can be found at the following addresses:

By submitting an entry you accept the terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not submit an entry. 

Collecting your information

Malcolm Reading Consultants (MRC) will collect the following information when you submit an entry:

• Names, addresses, emails addresses, phone numbers and files you provide in relation to the entry

Use of your information 

We will use the data you provide for the purposes of administering your entry and contacting you about the selection process. Your data may be shared with the Client for the same purpose. 

If you choose to join our mailing list using the option on the form, we will also use the email address you provide to do so. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details of our mailing list.

Where you provide data to us in relation to an entry, MRC will store your data for a maximum of 5 years after the conclusion of the selection process, after which it will be archived for statistical purposes.

Where you have signed up to our mailing list, MRC will store your data until you tell us to delete this, or until such a time as the mailing list ceases to be used by MRC for the purpose of contacting individuals with news and announcements of competition launches.
